Theft

A laptop was stolen in a grand larceny from Jefferson Hall between 11 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. on Nov. 30. The case is pending.

 

Nuisance

A student was arrested for indecent exposure at Eagle Landing on Nov. 27 at 8:24 p.m. Two roommates had been fighting, and, upon police investigation, one of the roommates reported that, in August, the other roommate had put his genitals in the face of the other roommate due to losing a video game. The victim declined to prosecute and the case is filed as an exceptional clearance.

 

Liquor Law Violations

A student received an administrative referral for underage intoxication at 12:57 a.m. on Nov. 29.

 

Virginia ABC special agents arrested three students in the South Hall parking lot on Nov. 30 at 8:08 p.m. One of the arrests was for providing alcohol to students under the age of 21. The person arrested was released on a summons by Virginia ABC special agents.

 

A student received an administrative referral for underage intoxication at the UMW Apartments on Dec. 1 at 12:18 a.m.
