Fiction reading by Lee Zacharias

Lee Zacharias, creative writing professor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), will read excerpts from selected works and will sign books immediately following the reading on Thursday, Jan. 31 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in Combs Hall, Room 139.

UMW’s College of Business presents an interview seminar on What (NOT) To Wear. The program takes place in Monroe Hall, Room 116, on Thursday, Jan. 31 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

 

Annual Jefferson lecture

On Friday, Feb. 1 in George Washington Hall, Dodd Auditorium will host its annual Jefferson lecture from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

 

Foreign film screening

On behalf of the Modern Foreign Language Department, on Monday, Feb. 4, at 7:30 p.m., Dodd Auditorium will show the French film, “Farewell My Queen” with English subtitles.
