Theft

There was a theft reported on the 1100 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy on Sept. 23 at approximately 8:40 a.m. The case is pending.

Money and a camera was stolen from the COAR office in Seacobeck Hall on Sept. 25 between 5 p.m. and 9 a.m. The case is pending.

A petit larceny was reported when a student’s backpack was stolen from the amphitheater on Sept. 29 at 1:30 a.m. The case is pending.

Vandalism

A student’s bike tires were slashed at the Anderson Center on Sept. 25 between 2 p.m. and 11 a.m. The case is pending.

The ceiling tiles on the second and fourth floor of Eagle Landing were broken on Sept. 29 between 7 and 9 p.m. The case is pending.

A table was broken in the second floor lobby of Russell Hall. There were also ceiling tiles damaged on the fourth floor. Both occurred on Sept. 30 between 1 and 1:30 a.m. The case is pending.

Illegal Consumption

At approximately 9:50 p.m. on Sept. 26, a student was charged with underage intoxication at Eagle Landing. The student was transported via EMS to the hospital. One administrative referral was issued.

Three students, all 18 years old, were charged with underage intoxication in Randolph Hall on Sept. 26 at approximately 11:30 p.m. Three administrative referrals were issued.

A student, 18, was charged with underage possession of alcohol on Sept. 28 at 1:40 a.m in Jefferson Hall. An administrative referral was issued.

An administrative referral was given when a student was charged with underage possession of alcohol in the Randolph Hall parking lot on Sept. 28 at 7:30 p.m.

Cyber

Computer fraud in the UMW Information Techonology Department was reported when a SPAM email appeared on Sept. 29 at approximately 7:30 p.m. The case is pending.
