The One Note Stand a cappella concert will take place on Thursday, Nov. 14at 8 p.m. in Dodd Auditorium. The concert features the a cappella group and its singers with an outer space theme. Come out and watch the talented singers at UMW do what they do best. Admission is $1 and tickets can be bought in the Woodard Campus Center or at the door.

Name that Tune:

Do you think you are a wizard of the musical world? Test your knowledge of music from today and back in time at the “Name that Tune” competition Thursday night in the Underground at 8 p.m. Participation is free, so put your listening cap on and take part in this competition hosted by Dean Rucker.

Wrapping Party:

COAR’s annual Wrapping Party will take place Friday, Nov. 15 in the Dome Room of Seacobeck Hall from 5 to 8 p.m.  At the event, students wrap presents for children in local Head Start programs. There will be hot chocolate, deserts and an early Santa sighting. Take advantage of this special opportunity to get a head start on spreading Christmas spirit.
