Trespassing A homeless camp was found on the Battlegrounds Athletic Facilities. The camp was found on April 10 but it is unknown how long it had been there. The case was turned over to the police.

Drug Violations
Students were found in the woods behind Eagle Landing in possession of marijuana on April 6 between 12:02 and 12:42 a.m. The students were found by a Fredericksburg police officer and administrative referrals are pending.
An 18-year-old prospective student and a 19-year-old UMW student were found in possession of marijuana on April 11 between 9 p.m. and 11:02 p.m. in Jefferson Hall. The prospective student was turned over to their parents, and the UMW student was given an administrative referral.
Liquor Law Violations
Four underage students were found in possession of alcohol on April 5 at 11:15 p.m. in the Eagle Landing parking deck. The students were released on criminal summons.
One student was jailed until sober after found intoxicated in public on April 5 at 11:15 p.m. in the Eagle Landing parking deck.
A student, 22, was found on April 13 between 3:19 and 3:30 a.m. intoxicated in public on campus walk between the Campus Center and Simpson Library. The student was turned over to a fellow sober male and given an administrative referral.
Vandalism
Exit signs were knocked down on the third floor of Eagle Landing on April 12 between 7:30 and 11:30 p.m. The case is pending.
Sexual Assault
A sexual assault occurred in Alvey Hall on April 12 between 12:01 and 3 a.m. The case is pending.
