Parm crisps: a one ingredient gourmet snack

Parmesan Crisps
Ingredients:
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Cover a baking pan in a sheet of tin foil. Spread cheese into 2-3 inch circles on the foil, using 1Tbs of cheese for each.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Then peel the crisps off of the tin foil.
- Top with fruit, meats, or other cheeses if desired and serve.

Cooking Tip: If you decide to serve the crisps with apple slices, rub lemon or lime juice on the apple slices to prevent them from browning.
