April 17

Campus police responded to a noise complaint on the fourth floor of Eagle Landing between 11:57 p.m. and 1:04 a.m. the next morning. One administrative referral was given.

 

April 18

Campus police responded to a report of vandalism in the UMW Apartments courtyard between building 1106 and 1004 at 10:36 a.m. The case was unfounded.

 

April 19

Campus police responded to a reported petit larceny of a wallet from Simpson Library between 7:45 a.m. and 5 p.m. The wallet was later found but the money inside it was missing. The case is pending.

Fredericksburg police reported a DUI arrest on the 900 block of Cornell Street.

Campus police responded to an obstruction of justice and elusion of police on the 1000 block of William Street at 7:50 p.m. One arrest was made.

 

April 20

Campus police responded to a report of vandalism on the first floor of Monroe Hall between 3 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. on April 23. The case is pending.

Charles Webb, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.

 

April 21

Campus police reported a suspicious vehicle in Jefferson Square at 1:50 a.m. Five trespass warnings were given.

Campus police responded to a report of an intoxicated student on the third floor of Eagle Landing at 3:41 a.m. One EMS transport was called to the scene and an administrative referral was given.

 

April 22

Campus police responded to a report of vandalism on the fourth floor of Eagle Landing between 11 a.m. and 12:38 p.m. The case is pending.

 

April 23

Campus police responded to a report of assault and battery at the Anderson Center at 8:49 p.m. The victim declined to press charges.

Fredericksburg police reported a case of assault and battery in the Eagle Village lot at 11 p.m. The case is pending.

Fredericksburg police reported that two UMW students, both 22, were arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.
